Common questions
How long does the free plan stay enough?
Until you want to look back further than 15 days. Logging, trends, time in range, an estimated A1C, on-device insights, and GLP-1 dose reminders are free for good. But a dose change plays out over months, and reading that stretch back — then handing it to a clinician — is what Plus is for.
What happens to my data if I cancel Plus?
You keep all of it. Canceling drops you to the free plan, nothing is deleted, and you can export anytime. History views return to the 15-day free window.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, anytime from Settings. Annual is $96/yr, about $8/mo, a 33% saving over paying monthly.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create a free account and start logging in about two minutes. You only add a card if and when you choose Plus.
Is my data private on either plan?
Yes, on both. Your readings live in your own database, there are no ads, and your data is never sold or shared. Read how it works.
