Turn your CGM export into an AGP report
Drop a Dexcom Clarity, LibreView, or Tidepool CSV export and read the standard Ambulatory Glucose Profile: time in range, GMI, variability, and the shape of your typical day. Free, no account.
Your file is read right here in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or sent to a server.
Get the CSV out of your CGM app
Dexcom Clarity
- Sign in at clarity.dexcom.com on a computer.
- Use the export control to download a CSV, choosing a date range. Ninety days gives the fullest picture.
- Drop the downloaded file above.
LibreView
- Sign in at libreview.com.
- Look for the option to download your glucose data and confirm. It arrives as a CSV.
- Drop the downloaded file above.
Tidepool
- Sign in at app.tidepool.org.
- Open your data view and look for an export or download option, choosing CSV.
- Drop the downloaded file above.
Export options move around as these apps update, so look for Export or Download data. Any CSV with a date column and a glucose column works too, including spreadsheets you keep yourself.
What an AGP shows
An ambulatory glucose profile stacks days or weeks of readings onto a single 24-hour view. The line through the middle is your median; the darker band around it holds the middle half of your readings; the lighter band reaches from the 5th to the 95th percentile. A narrow band means your days repeat themselves; a wide one means the same clock time can go very different ways.
The tinted stripe is the 70 to 180 mg/dL band most adult targets are built around. Where your median rides above it, or the band dips below it, you have found the hours worth paying attention to, which is far more useful than judging any single reading.
Every formula behind this report, from GMI to the percentile profile, is published in the open on the methodology page.
Common questions
Is my glucose data uploaded anywhere?
Which files work?
How many days of data do I need?
What is a good time in range?
How is GMI different from a lab A1C?
Can I save or share the report?
Want this without the export step?
SteadyRange builds time in range, GMI, and this daily profile from your ongoing readings, keeps them current as you log, and turns them into a clinician-ready report when you need one. Free to start, on a private log you control.
General information, not medical advice. An AGP built from an export helps you see patterns; it is not a diagnosis, and treatment changes belong in a conversation with your care team. For plain-language definitions, see the glossary.
